Welcome to GIIN. By accessing our platform, implementing our autonomous recruitment operating system, or registering on our waiting list portal, you agree to be bound by these legal Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the operational relationship between GIIN and our partner staffing agencies, recruitment firms, and enterprise RPO providers utilizing our agentic workflow tools. If you do not agree with any part of these legal boundaries, you must immediately cease all access to our autonomous communication channels, voice pre-screening modules, and data synchronization APIs.
Core Operational Boundaries & Rules
- Authorized System Usage: Access to our recruitment operating system is granted exclusively for lawful business staffing applications and internal talent pool orchestration.
- Waiting List Account Access: Submitting your corporate email to our priority waiting list does not guarantee automated platform activation; account creation remains subject to our technical cohort review.
- Account Activation Codes: All custom activation and invitation codes dispatched by our onboarding team are strictly non-transferable and expire automatically after 14 business days.
- API Integration Ownership: Partner firms are entirely responsible for maintaining valid authorization credentials for all linked third-party architectures including Twilio, Zoom, and enterprise ATS networks.
- Autonomous Communication Compliance: Staffing clients must ensure that all candidate contact records uploaded into our system comply with telephone consumer protection and text outreach regulations.
- Intellectual Property Limits: The proprietary AI agents, core data orchestration models, vocal architecture layers, and visual interface assets displayed on this portal remain the exclusive property of GIIN.
- Limitation of Platform Liability: GIIN acts as an operational optimization layer and cannot be held liable for final hiring decisions, placement performance, or third-party database network downtime.
- Service Termination Policy: We reserve the right to immediately suspend platform infrastructure access or revoke active invitation codes for any user violating these integrated operational guidelines.
